Since the age of 8, he has been practicing his craft, honing his skills and perfecting an art form that has astounded audiences from across the globe. Erik Mana’s mastery in the art of sleight of hand, illusion and mentalisn has awrded him as the most sought after magician in the Philippines.

 

In 1989 Erik Mana began his professional magic career in Toronto, Canada. He apprenticed for three years while touring across the country with some of Canada’s respected masters of magic. In ’95 he evolved and delved into the art of mentalism and stage hypnosis and has continued to be relentless student of the human condition, magic and all things bizarre and mystical.

 

In 2001, Erik moved back to his homeland of Manila, Philippines and has since taken the country by storm with his own brand of magic and mayhem. Erik Mana’s magic has reached across the globe from Canada, U.S.A., Philippines, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Dubai, Qatar, Singapore and Malaysia. He is surely becoming an international phenomenon with the world as his stage and magic as his language.

 

As Once a struggling busker himself, Erik Mana founded Busker Inc.- a production company and brand name that is dedicated to supporting and promoting individuals in the street performing arts and in the fine arts including magicians, mimes, dancers, musicians, street artists etc. Busker Inc. is an active organization which continues to support charities for poverty, cancer, medical care and environmental awareness.

 

Erik Mana is also a member of the world’s most prestigious magic society – The Society of American Magicians (S.A.M.), whose members include Harry Houdini, Harry Blackstone Jr., Thurston, Lance Burton and David Copperfield.
